Check buyer identity, current availability, deadlines and time zone, addenda, scope, site conditions, licenses, insurance, bonds, permits, fees and the required submission method. Independently confirm any request for money or bank details. A saved listing or ApexFlex quote does not submit a bid.
Your account
Use ApexFlex only if you are at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your sign-in secure and your company details accurate. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, misuse another member’s data or bypass access controls.
Jobs, bids and independent businesses
ApexFlex supplies business software and links to third-party opportunities. It is not the buyer, employer, contractor or a party to your customer’s work agreement. Members perform their own due diligence and remain responsible for eligibility, pricing, bids, work quality, safety, licenses, insurance, taxes and customer disputes. Official buyer documents and portals govern submissions.
Prices and customer documents
AI and calculator results are estimates, not guaranteed market prices or legal, tax, engineering or safety advice. Verify quantities, labor, materials, local conditions, overhead and taxes before sending a quote. Review every invoice and obtain customer agreement on scope, payment and changes. Marking an invoice paid does not process or verify a payment.
Your information and acceptable use
You retain rights in the records you provide and permit their processing as needed to operate the service. Only upload information you are authorized to use and protect your customers’ privacy. Do not upload card numbers, security codes, passwords or unlawful material. No fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized scraping or infringement. Keep independent copies of important records.
Trial and billing
The current trial lasts 7 days. Billing is not active; no card is collected or charged. This acceptance does not authorize future charges. Any paid subscription requires a separate checkout with its price, currency, taxes, first-charge date, renewal schedule, cancellation and refund terms clearly displayed before payment consent.
Service limits and rights
Early-access features may fail or be unavailable. Listings are not a complete search of all available work. ApexFlex may restrict misuse or threats to security; keep exports of important records. These notices do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material policy changes must be communicated; past acceptance does not authorize a new charge.
