Privacy Policy
We collect your sign-in identity and the customer details, job descriptions, costs and notes you choose to save. Records belong to your signed-in account and are stored in the hosted database.
We use this information to operate your account and prepare your quotes and invoices. This version does not sell your data or share it for advertising. Hosting and identity providers process the information necessary to operate the service.
Only your account can retrieve your saved jobs through the app. Customer documents exclude internal costs and profit. Email, text, printing and export share information only when you choose those actions; check the recipient first.
Your language preference is stored on your device. First-party visit counting uses a random browser-session identifier to count homepage visits and signup clicks once per session per UTC day. It does not collect IP addresses, customer contacts or invoice details. Session storage resets when your browser session ends. Aggregate statistics are visible only to the owner. Signing in also uses the hosting provider’s authentication cookies. No advertising tracker has been added to ApexFlex.

Job Finder optionally stores your selected trade, ZIP code, radius, Florida area and permission timestamp under your account to match opportunities. Turn off Job Finder to remove these preferences. ZIP searches send the ZIP to the location lookup provider; do not enter a street address. Social accounts are not connected, and email/text/background job alerts are not active. Official county registration and Craigslist links open external services with their own privacy policies.
Build a Crew
Build a Crew stores role postings, applicant contact details, experience, availability, consent time, hiring status, private notes, follow-up dates and onboarding tasks. Publishing a role makes its business name, role, work area, pay and requirements public on the ApexFlex crew board. Applicant records are visible only to the posting business; they are not published on the board. Candidates agree to this sharing before applying. Business owners can permanently delete an application from the candidate detail panel. Applicants can request deletion through apexflexsupport@gmail.com using their application reference. Records are retained until deleted or a deletion request is fulfilled. Do not submit identity documents, financial details or medical information. Email buttons open drafts in your own email app; no automated candidate emails, reminders, background checks or hiring decisions are performed.
Trial & Billing Policy
The trial lasts 7 days from account creation. After expiry you can read, print and export saved records; saving new changes is paused. Planned subscription pricing is $29/month.
Payment processing is not connected in this version. No card is collected and no automatic charge is made. Connecting billing later requires a separate, clear checkout agreement; starting this preview trial does not authorize a future charge.
When enabled, a hosted payment provider will collect and securely retain the payment method, show the trial end date and recurring price, and allow cancellation before renewal. ApexFlex will not email full card numbers or security codes to the operator.
Optional AI price research sends the job details you enter to OpenAI to generate an estimate and search relevant price sources. Do not include customer names, contact details or exact addresses. The calculator without AI uses entered costs locally. AI estimates are not saved in your customer records. Tax figures are estimates based on the rate entered and the full selling price. Verify which items are taxable for your job. These policies describe the current early-access version and must be reviewed before commercial launch.
Cancel membership
Cancel from Account → Cancel membership → Confirm cancellation. This preview trial is cancelled immediately; you can still view and export records, but saving job/customer changes and live AI pricing are paused. We retain your company profile and saved records for your return unless you request deletion through the operator. Returning during the original trial does not extend it. No card details are stored or charged in this version. When paid billing launches, cancellation must also stop future subscription renewals and remove saved payment methods from future use; legally required payment records may remain with the payment provider.
